1. Law firms out for business who goal is to make money and not do charity work
2. Flippers that figured this would be a great opportunity to make some more money by pulling yet another stunt
3. Naive investors that think the law firms and flippers are out to get your money back.
If a company you invested in was out of business, pennies on the dollar are probably better than nothing.
Here you have a growing company, that is undervalued, that will only increase in value, but yet all 3 parties are working against that.
