I'm sorry, that was a bit of a loaded question. I suppose everyone would like to know when the best time is to "jump in". Seeing this has been lingering around $0.10-$0.12, I would assume there is interest with other's watching like myself waiting for some substantial news. From limited research I have done, it appears this company is ready to execute their vision once permitted. I'll stand-by with my finger on the trigger...for now, closely watching.
