I know what you're thinking: "Did he spend 6 bills

COMPLAINT Receipt No: 0973-24054403 - Fee: $400, filed by Plaintiff Scott C. Hartmann. (Attorney Rachele R Byrd added to party Scott C. Hartmann(pty:pla))(Byrd, Rachele)
Wonder why the 3 of the 4 public documents filed today say they were filed by the Plaintiff Scott C. Hartmann
Where is his posse?
Couldn't that crack staff legal firm that chases down 100's of opportunities file them for him? No judgement. Just wondering what they do?
Is it like the firms that say, I'll publish your book. Give me $5K? You'll make a bundle?
Hey, don't believe anything on a message board. Click this link below and make your own judgments. Spend .10 and get each document.

So the Plaintiff Scott C. Hartmann thinks he has a case around forward looking statements as it relates to the Oracle 8-K, but yet the Plaintiff Scott C. Hartmann wasn't even an investor when the 8-k was filed in January as shown in the document.
I would like to rest my case your honor, but between you and me, why stop now?
So the Plaintiff Scott C. Hartmann included all his trades in said filing.
Really?
I looked at a number of others and didn't have one Plaintiff like Scott C. Hartmann called out.
I guess I know what the code word "styled" means
Now granted I got board after looking at 10 of them and surely when they "styled", a top shelf legal firm knows what they are doing on behalf of Plaintiff like Scott C. Hartmann
Seems like the Plaintiff Scott C. Hartmann picked a great team to represent victims like him that bought in April, Sold, Bought again and then got around to filing a case over a year later.
Wonder why he sold and then bought in the next day?
Maybe he reread the 8-K from 3 months earlier?
Wonder why the other dude showed up today out of the blue squawking about forward looking statements over a year ago?
Can lightening strike twice in the same day to the same board about the same thing?
What are the odds?
When it comes down to it, these shit stories don't add up.
I was so upset that there wasn't a Oracle PR, I continued to buy bigly even a year later.
Take it to the BWer, trader board
That's where the critical stinkers, I mean thinkers commensurate
BTW: When you do a class action against any company, you'd be lucky to get pennies on the dollar. Did any one of the gang tell you this? No investor would settle for that with the potential here. Only another trader game.
