I'm actually confused there's discussion on this.
This is not a hopeful the court will find in favor plaintiff for a nonexistent suit money grab.
No one is believeing there is a suit or that there really will be one and or there will be a payout of .35 or $2 ever.
Ask why now? Why PR a fluff suit looking for anyone that might want in on a pissible suit from a bizzare time frame?
This was orchestrated for one last possible "large" short.
It's Q3. Things that were "hoped" to get done in Q2 will getting released.
Why would Rory go on a RoadShow if there was nothing....
People are trying to get every last penny from whatever position they have put on.
They were hoping they could drive this down into the low dollar range if not sub dollar and then do a whole panic what could happen fear campaign.
Time is running out.
And it looks as if anyone that has the ability to read read this nonsense and dismissed it today.
There is a group that wanted to destroy this company and harm its investors and their chance is getting narrower and narrower...
And here's a reality check, anyone that says, "but we were at $45 at one point)
Give it a rest. It was for a minute on one day. It was pumped to that price.
And same with the run post RS to $18.
Q3 will start to show some equilibrium to a price that's acceptable and reasonable for VERB.
Q4 should we hit all the marks that are set and planned for will not only reinforce but will give Credence to why people should pay whatever times forward earnings that will be put on VERB.
There will be a lot of noise both positive and negative coming up very soon.
Pumpers and Bashers Will get very loud. Just wait.
If you know what you own. you will walk confidently without concern. Read the filings as they come out. And listen to what is be said by Rory.
My time on this board has opened my eyes. People never hold onto the lie and hope people have short memories or won't go back and double check their record.
Believe there are people that do check and have pretty pretty pretty good recall.
As things move along, I expect the push back of a quarter or two that happened will be ground covered very quickly.
