Why hasn't Kyle given up?
If you're a typical OTC CEO and can raise $361K in one quarter by issuing discounted shares on a BS mask find, wouldn't you?
Why are family and major shareholders not selling with a 10 fold increase in price?
I don't know that they aren't. Many family members get paid in shares for BS consulting gigs and such.

It was down over 22% in May, up .0011 in June, and is down so far in July .005.
