I was laughing when I was reading it. It's cookie cutter stuff aimed at the naive investor. All of these so called law firms jump on any stock that has had movement. Doesn't take much either. They literally will try the class action on any company and when one jumps out of the clown car, 10 more will follow. But the funny part is, a trader is their star testimony.

If you go to their website, they don't post them all.
Why is that? Why not post them all?

Are they are too embarrassed to list all of the ones they file? Otherwise would they scare away the real ones they make money on.

The news is just filled with these so called, class actions. I can find 100's of them. Here's 4.

Lyft failed to warn investors that a labor disruption could affect its operations

Duh, do you really need a company to post the 1M things that could go wrong?

Box: The lawsuit alleges that Box, Inc. made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the Company was unable to close large deals within the quarter; (2) that, as a result, the Company’s revenue would be materially impacted; and (3) as a result of the foregoing, Defendants’ positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
