Re: StephCurry #93505
SC, you are correct about DF, as it publically stands NOW. And I emphasize NOW. I think you may well be surprised in the future. Will you say you are sorry if DF is not prosecuted or if he is found not guilty? Remember, DF is not guilty unless he is found so in a court of law (by trial or admission). The SEC can also ask for DF to agree that he has done nothing wrong and won't do it again - whatever the h*** that means. And this is the same SEC that almost never prosecutes naked short sellers.

Think about this. Tomorrow morning the District Attorney in your county could empanel a Grand Jury and say that a ham sandwich, known as StephCurry, should be charged for conspiracy to defraud. He/she (the DA) then issues an arrest warrant against you. You are arrested, indicted and held in jail pending a bail hearing. This is reported in your local paper (if there is one) and on social media. I read it. Should I now assume you are guilty, or should I wait for you to be tried and convicted?

I'm not saying you are wrong, just that you should wait and see. And if you are not able, prior to a conviction, to determine the truth of the allegations to your satisfaction, then you should either consider selling your shares in NTEK at market OR not buy additional shares. And, just so you know, after I looked into things for myself, I increased my shares over 25%. But, I may be wrong and you may be correct. Just sayin'.
