This bill said that cannabis could be grown for research purposes then having less than .3% THC when tested in the field.
The medical use of cannabis got legs when California passed Proposition 215 in 1996, quickly rolled by , Oregon 1997, Washington 1998, Alaska and Maine 1999. So I was sitting on one of the fult lines here in Maine, as now 33 States have medical cannabis programs. However, don’t miss my point, the ECS still wasn’t being taught in our medical schools.
