VERN is obviously a moron trying to pawn off stupidity as if it were wisdom. She literally quoted what dilution is, an increase in the OS. There 100% has not been an increase in the OS for 8 months, it can and has been proven, and she keeps saying false... refusing to be wrong... simply incredible.
