It's all in the financials. Board members (some related) whose share count only increases. Year after year. Notes that are not converted for hundreds of millions of shares. Millions of dollars in profit.
But according the convicted felon, non-shareholder and paid stock manipulator hedge_fun they are "dupes" and "novices" and Seafarer is a P&D. I would ask if he know how P&Ds work but we all know he knows all about them!

I'm very comfortable to let this play out over the summer as Wild Manta says. I think hedgy knows his time is limited so he's throwing it all against the wall as a hail Mary.
