Thanks GG, ENDV paid $4.5 million for the rights to Sofpulse in December of 2017 from Rio Grande. The problem with that purchase is that ENDV had no money so they had to take out loans. If you follow the ENDV Board you will find shareholders complaining of heavy continuous dilution to try to cover the purchase.
The CEO recently committed to hiring 300 sales people which would produce $300 million in sales by the end of 2020. This is a fantasy considering they have no money to develop a sales force and had sales of just $43k last year.
The lawsuits against Orthocor, Caerus, KVP, and BIEL are a desperate attempt by ENDV to find money any way that they can.
Rio Grande and Ivivi both owned the Sofpulse rights for many years and neither company felt that their patent had been infringed on.
