Congress is back in action this week after the July 4th Recess and there is work to do on 101 reform .....
StrikeForce and many others are continuing to suffer because of the 101 mess created by the Supreme Court. As Supreme Court Justice Judge Kavanaugh wrote in his opinion saying the judicial needs to fix this 101 debacle of the Supreme Court and Judge Newman of the Federal Circuit Court wrote concerning her recent case: "This case presents an opportunity for judicial review and judicial remedy" .... It is time for Coons and Tillis to put this 101 mess behind us.
The time is close for us to think about writing our Congressmen again. Let's keep our eyes and ears open.
