So, sure reductions are nice, but have yet to see a PPS increase because of a reduction. If these 850M are retired, that is great news, but these shares are not being traded anyways, unlike a share buyback where we are taking shares off the market that are being traded. The 850 will benefit when there is a huge demand for shares, but taking away 850M that may not even be owned, or something like that.
