National security hawk Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) fiercely denounced the deal on Twitter. “If President Trump has agreed to reverse recent sanctions against Huawei he has made a catastrophic mistake,” the senator tweeted. On CBS News’ “Face the Nation,” another hawkish Trump cheerleader, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), called the Huawei deal “clearly a concession.”
