Great point Joe makes. Go through the 10k and subsequent 10q’s. What’s his salary? Anna and Mark always made a fortune. Can anyone find Joe’s? Everyone can probably find where he lent the company funds when he became CEO, or secured notes with his personal shares, but no one can find his salary as CEO.
I hope we see him rewarded greatly! But, at his choice as CEO, Pres and Chair of the BOD- he had said not until earned. Beyond forfeiting dividend shares and then retiring the Group’s. Can a naysayer please correct that? You couldn’t honestly.
