How about posting proof he has not abandoned TPAC because of legal/personal/financial trouble instead of calling me a liar. The reason Bill has abandoned TPAC is to protect his personal assets from creditors. TPAC has a ton of debt and billions of shares issued to creditors. He is letting the stock get revoked in hopes of protecting his personal interests.
He is also trying to avoid the possibility of a civil suit being brought up against him. He will say the company was revoked due to lack of finances to cover his rear.
