My numbers might be off some. I believe GNBT is retiring about 21M shares of the 60.3M outstanding, therefore about 33% of the shares are being retired. Some of that 34.5M shares in float are not shareholders, but shares used to purchase companies. Regardless, there is an increase in shareholder's portion of the company. Good times ahead!
