Warrant cleanup is necessary to improve up-listing....along with that comes institutional investors (either directly or indirectly). Hopefully most of the Paulson investors are done selling to let the share price move on news (outside of the convertible notes putting selling pressure on the stock).
I think it would be much more absurd if institutions did not want to invest in a company as undervalued as CYDY once their books and share structure is improved....and even more so a company with their potential. I agree there is much frustration with the current share price and TNBC delay, but it is just that.....a delay. I much prefer that to them injecting in February and failed the trial or rushed it and had to redo it.
