Those share are very likely from the note with alps on the ask. There is no selling so far for the TO like last time, which greatly helps clear these note shares. The share price bounced of the 50day of 44c last friday, macd turned down slightly this week, but the sp is holding up since we have really on one seller at these prices and what seems like people willing to step in and buy up these shares (so far).
