Not being on the bottom or the top has some advantages when it comes to weather. After reading the last few posts, all that info jumps out at me that didn’t before. I was thinking about the tax savings. Missed that the landlord was putting the money down to fix it up, I wonder if they got a nice insurance check from the damage to the building.
Seems like both VERB and the landlord are forward thinking, the landlord gets that space filled for 7 years, VERB pays next to nothing while building revenue and then pays more as more revenue comes in. It’s reasons and instances like this that kept me buying and keep me buying for over two years.
Very smart about everything, everything is analyzed, not spending money frivolously like some companies do. There’s a reason we have no debt and looks like we will be profitable at end of this year.
