I agree if people want to find out now about PL2 they should redouble
their efforts to make direct contact with Steve.
I am working on another theory in light of the latest SL & agree with
Ulmadi. First we got hints about valuation of 0.007 to 0.01+ and buying all
they can down here, & mention of hedge funds. Now we get more specific information. We get hedge funds in Germany, we get a specific 0.0085
strike price. SL comes immediately after 4 ddays of discussion with lawyers.
Coincidence?. I dont believe in those. Who has made the connection with Germany? More specifically BMW. Remember all the talk about different
langauges etc etc. Hmmm seem to mehedge funds want in becauss of
BMW. How huge for them to get a chunk of BMW action, wow easy money. What do you think would be the SP if BMW install the dongle in every car?. If this were to be so would the CEO have the same attitude
that he appears to have now. I think he is going through the motions. I think he wants out now because this Co has to move into the next phase.
Management & overall Co. expansion on a worldwide basis & he does not
have the deep resources to carry this out. I think this Co. is on the brink of great success & its way too much for one person & he knows he is not the guy to get it to the next phase. So being a practical person I think the decision to pass the baton on has come. Dont forget the game plan all along was to sell it at a certain point. That point has arrived I believe.
I think the whole PL2 thing is a distraction & sidetracked everybody. Remember too his hand is a whole lot stronger now that he has full compliance with insurance Co. requirements.
It' also likely that the hedgefunds are only interested in the Cogosense
part of it? we shall see. My feeling is Steve gave us the heads up about what is to unfold & gave us the opportunity to benefit (buy more).
Currently that would result in a 14 bagger. and who wouldn't want that?
Remember he said don't let the bashers or MM's steal your shares. There was a specific reason for telling you that, take heed.
