Many say that SB needs to be replaced. That will NEVER happen. He has total control of the company. He is the only employee. Everybody else including his board members are independent contractors or consultants.
Delegation of duties? To whom exactly? SB needs cash to hire people or to pay them large commissions/fees when they complete or meet milestones. But he doesn't even have the cash to pay himself back. That is why he borrows money from loan sharks.
I'd be able to walk into any bank right now and get a loan based upon 6 million annualized revenue with $2.4 million in net profit if it were true. But he apparently cannot. That is why he has to borrow money from loan sharks.
He filed a S-1 registration to issue shares at .0024 but then says he won't accept less than .0085 from hedge fund investors. I think shareholders here actually know the financial details of the company better than SB does.
The ball is spinning so fast here that it actually just fell off it's axis.
