By the way any hedge fund will be able to buy hundreds of millions if not billions of shares for far less than .0085 .
But no legitimate hedge fund would do so unless they had complete, unfettered access to the books.
And then there are those pesky Preferred Shares that gives SB total control even if a hedge fund buys billions of shares.
