For those who wish to read up on what the OPPOSITION's view to PEBBLE is,
here is a 138 page report by the NRDC sent to the ARMY CORE OF ENGINEERS to protest PEBBLE and HIGHLY CRITICIZE their good job on the DEIS . NOTE: the ACOE has always in their history done a great job. The NRDC in my view can GO SUCK IT
