Manipulated down in the closing minutes on Friday to facilitate reloading around 3M in the .0130 to .0195 range. However, most top traders were busy on other tickers and didn't get any.
All of those 3M could have been flipped today by anyone who wanted too.
Watch which way it goes tomorrow and be ready to add accordingly.
With many new outlets being added weekly - expect to see .0300+ in due course.
