I am glad to see that they have ink in their pen! While they have only signed a non-binding agreement thus far, it sounds like it will not take long to finalize the binding agreement and this was not on our radar of upcoming positive developments.

Let's keep the ink flowing and sign a couple more binding term sheets soon and keep Dr. Rae busy!
