I think the author of the post was trying to suggest that we have acquired the Brokerage Firm, but it has not been announced.

The connection with the ATS system is a bit of a stretch, but I made the post available on this board so collectively we can see if anyone can find anything to support this rumor.

You are correct we only have a brokerage account for liquidating our current convertible debt.  The ATS system being developed by BCAP I believe will allow other companies that deal with convertible debt to have a unique trading system that meets the needs of this type of business.
