Copy all that...Wed is a half day of trading & Fri will be full, but as you state, for many, Wed - the weekend will be play time for the majority of people. And using a professional PR company from this point on is the BEST way to go. Tweets here & there are ok for teasers...but that's all...pertinent info needs to be written & put out via time tested professional means...ie: newswires...regardless of the expense. I also believe it's worth it to spend an extra $100 to use iflub's news service each time a worldwide PR is released for additional targeting.
