Democrats march in lockstep with the left. What are they offering voters who backed Trump in 2016? (link: https://on.wsj.com/2IVQQlJ) on.wsj.com/2IVQQlJ

A candidate who is not a narcissistic, lying, demagogic, authoritarian, bigoted, misogynistic sociopath who has boasted of committing sexual assault and been credibly accused of rape—and who aided and abetted a foreign adversary’s attack on the United States. That’s all.
5. The WSJ argument is nonsense
There is far more variability in policy positions amongst the Democrats than there is amongst the Republicans.
The Rs are marching in lock step behind Donald Trump straight into quasi Fascism, white nationalism, whatever you want to call it.
Going after Trump voters should not be the primary focus. Most of the effort should be in expanding the base and keeping them fired up.
Most Trump voters are lost causes. If you are OK with this administration, its policies, rhetoric and behavior then you are an irredeemable asshole anyway. Don’t want those votes.
