Then the O/S exploded to my guess around 16 billion now. The real reason he moved to Wyoming was because he was failing to report shares issued in Nevada and they caught him.
He was taking common shares and making them Preferred and calling it a share buyback. He then would report to the T/A that those shares were retired in which they were not retired and still part of the O/S.
He was also not reporting Preferred and restricted shares. That made the O/S lower and lured in traders when in reality it was much higher.
Nevada was notified by FINRA of his actions and subsequently the move to Wyoming. This guy is a low life scumbag and has been all his adult life.
