Spot on! Not only am I thinking about adding shares, I am thinking of going silly on my next purchases.
I watch the tape constantly and watch these shorts try their best. We are dealing with some guys with some pretty heavy bank accounts. For example, 309,200 shares are being offered at 0.1000. The short is saying "If you want to make this stock go higher,you have to take me out first". Once traders see this level will not lift they dump it and cause it to fall again.
That is where the white knight shows the shorts their hand. "If you want to take me down, I am willing to absorb a lot of shares to hold the stock up"
