The 13F is required 45 days after the quarter end. Since there are 31 days in July, that would be Aug 14th for that filing and that's what the sites say that I looked it up now. If I remember right, it's only institutions that have over $100M in assets to manage so it is possible that you won't see 40+
I think the Q is also August 14th. I know people have been saying the 15th and I assumed that was the day, but I think it's actually the 14th even though I thought I saw on some site, the 15th if I remember right. Last year VERB filed on the 14th.
Also keep in mind, everyday I pull up stories about VERB. These are auto generated but I would guess some people wouldn't know. Sometimes it's about VERB, sometimes it's comparing VERB to some other stock. Usually they have titles to reel you in. The one today was "It may surprise you: Verb Technology Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:VERB)". I think there was another one today that said VERB was flaunting...
They will throw in revenue, talk about history, shorting, etc. What will happen when all these articles start popping up everyday? It's not once in a while, it's every day and it's multiple articles. I don't post them since they are pulling numbers that make no sense right now.
