Duh, they weren’t fined. Someone was spoon fed that bogus claim and went with it. He/she just happens to be a SFRX long. Go figure.
But you lost me on the bad short and they knew they we’re going under comment.
They went under because of the bad short. If the trader pays up, which isn’t likely, Spartan could be back in business.
Unlike Kyle, who lost his license because of illegal activity, Micah did not.
