BS. I have posted "if" Seafarer's obtains a recovery permit I will congratulate them and STICKY the post for a month.
The state isn't interested in treasure, that's just pimp talk being spewed out of ignorance.
The reason I say I will STICKY the post is because I understand the statutes.
Kyle on the other hand, has had to have them explained to him repeatedly. It's all in the discovery documents.
