Press Release | 06/25/2019
The Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE) Form 10 Registration filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission will include audited financials up to and including the current reporting period ending June 30, 2019 - to provide the highest level of timeliness for the registration. HHSE managers will complete and submit the final Q2 books at the close-of-business on Friday, June 28 to provide the auditors with this most recent view of the company's activities. The Q2 audit is expected to be completed quickly and will be added to the more time-consuming year-end audit work previously completed or in motion.
Hannover House, Inc. will also be updating the Form 10 narrative to provide updates on the disposition or resolution of legal issues that had previously impeded the completion of the registration.
Following the filing of the Form 10 Registration, Hannover House will automatically be deemed as a fully registered and reporting equity after sixty days, subject only to possible S.E.C. comments on the filing. As a fully reporting equity, Hannover House will be moving to upgrade the company's stock listing off the OTC Pinksheets and onto the more respected and accessible OTC:QB exchange. It is believed that this uplisting of the stock exchange will make Hannover House shares more liquid as a much broader base of investors and funds are available to support OTC: QB listings.
