had a discussion last night with a very long (very large holder) IPIX investor
he reps a group of about 30 folks .. they do not trade .. some still buy .. majority are waiting on mgmt's time line .. CBs are all over the place
these are investors .. and their share count is included in the FLOAT
which is of course *freely traded* .. the reality is IPIX's Float is far less due to
actual investors .. investors invest .. traders trade .. non retail/trading crews illegally manipulate by rote
NR remains with few options .. one of which remains the *requisite* hidden and washed IPIX trades for *volume* .. and it's been coming at one hell of a cost ..
