MMs participate in illegal manipulation OTC targets
but like OTC Markets .. they are for hire .. with all that that implies
the bogus bs is the claim that the company diluted .. remember the *posts*
by .. er .. *one alias* all last year .. that alias who has been MIA .. snicker
used to cherry pick data .. including FTDs (actually reported and dated data)
and of course the real issue this *alias* did by rote .. was to CONflate the I/O
vs using the info re: IPIX shares that are freely traded .. which is the FLOAT
NR took one hell of a gamble last September .. and brutalized IPIX's PPS
they did so on totally bogus *volume* of approx 55M~ .. by contrast .. mgmt's
dilution was 13M~
NR is desperate for actual Investors' shares .. there are 2 ways to get shares
take a stock high enough (last cycle of NRs' money runs on IPIX ended with
the hand off of Dec 2014 into 2015) .. or compress PPS low enough
that is why *volume* was undertaken (52 week high on IPIX early last Sept was approx 58c) .. NR reset IPIX on mostly bogus *volume* on 12.31.18 to 7c
NR is stuck .. it's why this SMB has been infested for months after certain entities .. went MIA ..
the irony is .. like another decade old OTC *survivor* .. NR is up a creek sans paddle
because all who wanted out .. are long gone .. and both of these OTC survivors have enviable IO/s .. ten years after NR first *entered* them
