Let's get a discussion going on this post. The poster draws some connections, I am not sure this ATS info is from Baron Capital, but it would at least be good to look into this further:

Baron Capital Marketplace- Plans to create an alternative market place offering companies the ability to list and trade without being labeled for whether or not they pay a fee. As long as the company makes current information available to the public and certifies the information to be true and accurate, placing the burden on the company to insure it is not misleading the public is the best, self-governing option.
In December the Company worked with programmers to design the functionality of an “ATS” an Alternative Trading System which would be the first of its kind for debt instruments. The Company has not begun development since it does not have a broker dealer, which would be needed to successfully launch the system.

First Conference call we had when it was recorded. Dwyer said that the Brokerage would be part of the S-1 if am not mistaken. Correct me if I'm wrong.

"In March the Company was able to open a brokerage account and begin converting its aged debt and selling it to raise working capital for the Company. The Company was able to raise significant working capital by mid April to move the Company forward ."

I searched all over the internet and I couldn't find anything on MD Trading Services. Maybe it's a also "does business as" company name or a acquired "subsidiary" that will later be announced IMO.
