I read the string of posts and once again I think you are misinterpreting the poster and then once again you vilify a poster because it doesn’t line up with your beliefs. If you read the string of posts and the poster you will see that the poster isn’t suggesting anything negative about MFO selling shares but that shares came to market and retail buyers were skipped. On May 7th our stock went into the .40 cent range with higher than normal volume persisting for a few days. IPIX was out of money after quarters end , how did they get money? The MFO converted class B shares to class A and they became available whether you believe it or not. We have a very well known poster here with an email from Leo directly stating that this was the case. I believe the term was we had to tap the MFO if I’m not mistaken and that the MFO would be tapped until no longer necessary with non dilutive financing according to filing. None of this is a bad thing or misinformation, I think you are the one misinformed to what’s being posted because once you hear MFO and shares sold to market you think negatively, it doesn’t line up with your beliefs and you want it dismissed off what you tend to believe is your SMB.
This is all verified through the increased outstanding share count during this time period. If no Aspire and no MFO conversion then how did the share count increase. It increased through minor dilution to raise funds which the company stated they needed time and time again.
This is all a good thing but your clouded mind doesn’t understand it. The poster seems to be right on point.
The dilution is over. We have not seen the same pattern. I believe 4kids and AlanC are onto something but it’s not necessarily what they directly point to. The numbers 4kids posts shows that NR needs volume. From what I have read, seen and witnessed they need volume for many reasons. The main reason is to hide he fact that when shares come to market volume can hide the fact that retail is getting jumped for another buyer or buyers. Those buyers are the NR we have come accustomed to hating for good reason. You really need to read and stop dismissing anything you feel doesn’t line with yourself. You are not all knowing obviously. This was a very informative post and I’m glad someone is bringing light to what’s actually going on here. Use the deletion as proof because it wasn’t a TOS violation yet Fit007 realized it had substance and wasn’t something the big bad brain of Lone Ranger wanted to argue. There wasn’t an argument so they removed it because it brings light to what’s actually occurring. Use the removal as proof that the poster is correct and luckily we have this board to show light to it.
