Hedgey, you are so self-misinformed on this issue I took you off ignore just now and I see you've been throwing a hissy fit everywhere you can.
Lots of bad assumptions and misleading ideas going on here all while taking what an anonymous poster says as gospel.
And still harping over whether you are on ignore or not like anyone cares. Just because you are on ignore here doesn't mean I don't see your whining on the Hub. Such a sad little man. What dollar amount was paid to Torres? You don't know.
What did Torres do for Seafarer? You don't know.
What did Torres say he would do for Seafarer? You don't know.
Did Torres lie about something? You don't know.
Why was Torres fired? You don't know.
Was Torres firing justified? You don't know.
Did Torres work on the Seasearcher or did he work on his own project completely separate from the Seasearcher? You don't know.
Did Torres misrepresent himself? You don't know.
Is Seafarer doing better without Torres? You don't know.
Are Wild Manta and the others close to finishing the technology and equipment or is it years away? You don't know.
How confident are the scientist that their completed tech will work? You don't know.
You know nothing about this situation and your purposefully misleading statements prove you to be exactly who you are. A hypocritical, lying con man.
One thing we all do know is that you keep attacking this company with false and misleading information and the stock price has continued a steady and healthy rise since November of last year.
So the actions of this company are totally eclipsing your constant and malignant lies and distortions. You have already lost this battle and what we are seeing are the last desperate ploys of a cornered rat.

I linked your post. I'm certain that info came straight from the company, but since they "cleansed" their references to him being associated with the company, it's hard (but not impossible) to piece this back together.
Most likely, and this is speculation, the Wild Manta release was to calm down the sheep when it was finally discovered Dr. Torres was gone, hence the reference by Kyle's cronies to 2 separate projects.
Did D. Torres, aka Mr. Secret Weapon, Indiana Jones, Indy take his technology with him because of non-payment?
This comment below is from and exchange with Kyle's cronies. It is very well crafted and would be considered somewhat accurate. SeaSearcher was announced AFTER Indy left. It's still likely just a CONcept though.
But this comment is straight from the heart of Kyle Kennedy.
Also, Torres never took possession of his stock shares so I don't see those coming his way anytime soon after what he's done.
Indy likely wasn't paid, or the company lacked the funds for development and he's gone. But they need to put some window dressing on the development. In typical fashion Kyle has the Purple Heart recipient trashed.
