While I don't want to get ahead of myself on a exit strategy because we have a long way to go before I would even consider it (or we could get bought out and there isn't anything to think about), I do believe it is important to have a plan and how one exits a position can greatly influence the overall success or failure in investments. I feel like the cards are shuffled and we were dealt pocket aces and flopped 2 more aces (and can't lose), its just more a slow play strategy to see how things play out with the rest of the table to try and get the most out of the scenario. Some will throw their 4 aces over immediately in excitement and grab the antes, others will bet too big and scare everyone else off and still only get the antes, etc. Although my scenario isn't accurate yet as we are still waiting on some indications ('cards') to be proven and most are in the red and don't know they have 'the' winning hand. It's crazy how confident I am in a OTC stock with a poor balance sheet and currently holding at a paper loss.
I'm don't know charting or much technical analysis to help support entry or exit timing, but as long as the overall foundation and science is solid, I will hold on and only exit small positions. I have some time, so maybe I should begin learning these skills to help so when the time comes so I have a better strategy to milk our 4 aces. Once up-listed and eligible, some covered call options may be worth looking into also.
