Update for SFIO **
It appears that the Nevada court approved the custodianship request by Universal Management Association which also got custodianship of GMNI during the same hearing; another e-cig company.
Perhaps the intention of the client of Universal Management Association is to merge these two e-cig companies and/or reverse merge a new corporate entity into these public shells. Perhaps there is no correlation between the two whatsoever though the same attorney did both custodianship requests at the same hearing on behalf of the same company so IMO quite suggestive.
Time will tell.
