Ole HC is going to give this Mgt team an absolutely incredible and full proof way to get PPS up so warrants can be exercised. Here is how that is accomplished...you announce that at the end of a 10 day window all shareholders of record will receive 1 common share for every 3 that they currently hold. That would raise o/s by 10.4m BUT would also guarantee a mad scramble for shares. Demand would be crazy high and PPS would skyrocket !! That would definitely put at least 2 warrant tranches in the money. If they have a handshake deal with the holders of the 4’s then BAM, there is your needed funding ! Cost was 10.4m o/s with no more warrants !!! I am so special - I should be the damn CEO of Titan !!
