I am not sure I agree. Time is of the essence and DECN desperately needs a penny trader/message board poster to take over the company. Of course this is all IMO, but since certain message board posters, shareholders or not, portray that they know everything, who would everyone want to have in charge of the company, Mr. Berman, a failed incompetent criminal, or a message board poster, shareholder or not, who apparently knows everything about everything.
