Basically, the integration of VERB tech into the big CRM softwares is ongoing but the company has very conservative projections on this part of the business in the short term (focus is clearly on VERB direct for the time being, with other developments occurring on specific fronts with taggMED or taggEDU).
The general idea remains the same: our tech will be offered as an optional add-on to users of the CRM and we will share the revenue with the provider who will contribute to the marketing effort. The situation is slightly different with Microsoft as we will also integrate the tech into one of their video services where it won't be just an option, iirc.
