This is huge. Henk is a world renown vegetable protein expert and has books on how to make meatless meat. When RIBT a year ago talked about acquisitions some of us chuckled, since irgove had been a mistake. Now we have Golden Ridge and MGI. When they say acquisition of new "ingredients and products", they mean it. Henk is almost like the father of meatless meat.
