1.) Phase 1 fully Funded and already in the Process
2.) NO Dilution O/S Unchanged - Total lie, massive dilution and O/S is maxed out.
3.) OTC uplisted will happen sometime around Phase 3 Total Lie, CPA finally hired in Nov. and no uplisting happened.
4.) IR firm will be hired between phase 3-4 - Total Lie - no IR firm ever hired!
5.) 43-101 will be posted on Website once completed with all Drill holes and details Total Lie - NO NI 43-101 report was ever started.
6.) Marc likes talking to shareholders and wants everyone to call and say hello. 1-(954)-218-2217 Total LIE - Marc never responds to calls or emails.
7.) GDSM is the FInancing Arm so all projects will go through GDSM

8.) WSRA and GoldTech Engineering combined for over 100 Yrs experience. GDSM is in Great Hands Total Lie, WSRA never brought a mine to production.
9.) GS already Mapped out and a Game Plan is intact and already Started
10.) NO PROMOS NO PROMOS. When Marc is Ready to Promote GDSM it will be Legit and No Shares will be Used. Phase 4 time frame if i understood him correctly.
11.) T/A will be contacted and the process of Ungagging will be looked into. He did not even know it was gagged and was never even asked about it.
12.) He goes the Bathroom around 8am everyone morning.

13.) Private investors will be kept Private until he is ready to unveil them.
14.) Marc wants all GDSM shareholders to know he is there for EVERYONE of you. He even mentioned Shareholders that have been holding for Years. All of them will be Rewarded.
15.) He apologized about the misunderstanding of the 8k. For Pink Sheets the Supplement is an 8k there exactly the same. I told him many of us took it the wrong way. He then realized and apologized.
16.) The Whole DEAL has been structured under the Current O/S the Shares that were given to WSRA in 2009 were already included under the O/S so no Change. The Private Investors are not Selling those shares.
17.) Marc is not sitting on his hands and is pushing this project as hard as he can!!!!
18.) He mentioned the Warrants and his Private investors have no interest in selling shares at all this cheap. They all know the Potential of this deal and where it's headed.
