No Gary..the grey market is completely unregulated and there is no inside bid or ask..
Stocks go there to die and eventually are delisted..
Others start there initially....
The company doesn't list their stock as trading on the grey sheets at all on their website.
This should be a red flag for you Gary

Since securities traded on the gray market are not registered with the SEC, not every investor is interested in these types of financial deals.
If as you say the price is equalized...why would you trade on the greys with the high risk involved when you can trade the stock on a regulated Canadian exchange and as an American pay less for the stock because it trades in Canadian funds.
Think about it...it makes no sense..especially for you.
