Orlando, not to open up a can of worms with Joe, yes eventually after the shares are issued, the price will get readjusted for the dividend by just more than in half. So a $4 price might become $1.90 after the dividend and the extra 9M shares. However that won't happen until AFTER the uplisting since this is a larger than 25% dividend and the payable date will be the day after the uplist.
