As best I can remember it’s the first CC to deliver something concrete that will benefit small investors. Not only will the “partners” shares fatten the company wallet, but 9M shares added to the float barely registers as dilution.
Secondly, history reveals that mgmt. delivered on their 20:1 divvie. Is there anyone who participated and held most or all of their shares who is not better off financially-No? Execution breeds confidence. I for one, am excited about the NGIO spin-off. Question marks remain, as they do with all stocks. Joe did a good job and people decided they wanted some of what he is offering.
